These terms explain how our services can be used, what’s expected of users, and how we ensure a fair experience for everyone.

Welcome to Archineers Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of digital products, enrollment in mentorship and field programs, and the participation of Tutors in our marketplace. By using this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. General Overview

Archineers Academy is a professional educational ecosystem providing:

  • The Shop: A marketplace for digital tools, resources, and software assets.

  • The Academy: Online courses and high-level technical training.

  • Mentorship: Private 1-on-1 sessions involving industry secrets and strategic workflows.

  • FieldReady: a 30-day intensive online school.

  • Tutor Marketplace: A platform for professionals to host courses and sell resources.

2. The Tutor Marketplace (Selling & Earnings)

Qualified professionals ("Tutors") may apply to sell courses, tools, and resources through Archineers Academy.

  • Content Ownership: Tutors retain the rights to their original intellectual property but grant Archineers Academy a perpetual license to host, market, and distribute the content on the platform.

  • Earnings & Commission: Tutors earn a percentage of each sale (Course, Tool, or Mentorship session) as defined in their individual Tutor Agreement. The Academy retains a service fee for platform maintenance, marketing, and payment processing.

  • Quality Standards: The Academy reserves the right to remove any course or tool that does not meet our high-level professional standards or contains inaccurate technical information.

  • Payouts: Earnings are processed and paid out on a 24-78 hours basis, subject to a minimum threshold and the expiration of any applicable refund periods.

3. Intellectual Property & "Insider Secrets"

  • Proprietary Knowledge: All strategic workflows and "industry secrets" shared in mentorship sessions or premium courses are protected trade secrets.

  • User License: Students are granted a single-user license for purchased content. You may not copy, redistribute, or "white-label" Academy materials for your own commercial gain.

  • No Unauthorized Recording: Recording of 1-on-1 mentorship sessions is strictly prohibited unless express written permission is granted by the Tutor and the Academy.

4. The Digital Shop (Tools & Resources)

  • Usage: Tools and resources (CAD templates, Revit families, Excel sheets, etc.) are for individual professional use.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the non-tangible nature of digital downloads, all purchased products in the Shop will expire from your dashboard once the digital asset has been purchaced for more than 30 days.

5. Physical Events

  • Safety & Liability: Participants must adhere to all safety protocols at construction sites or events location. Archineers Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety instructions or site-specific regulations.

  • Media Release: By attending, you agree that the Academy may use footage of the event (including your image) for educational or promotional purposes on our Blog or social media.

6. Blog & Community Standards

  • Content Value: Our Blog provides high-level insights. Users may interact through comments but must maintain a professional decorum.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to bypass the Academy to solicit Tutors for off-platform payments is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Professional Accuracy: While our Tutors are experienced professionals, the Academy does not guarantee that the use of our tools or concepts will ensure project approval or exam success. All technical work should be verified by a licensed professional in your specific jurisdiction.

  • Platform Availability: We strive for 100% uptime but are not liable for temporary technical outages of the Shop or Course portal.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account (Student or Tutor) that violates these terms, infringes on intellectual property, or engages in fraudulent financial activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria.
